Coronavirus COVID-19

Our community is settling into our new reality of social isolation and social distancing. It’s becoming a lonely time. In our personal and business lives, we find that staying in-touch by phone, email, and video conferences helps.

A number of facilities in Victoria have closed their doors to the public. While this is important for their safety, it may be leaving you or a loved one feeling lonely. If you or someone you care about is feeling isolated, there are ways that we can help, either with in-person visits or virtual visits by phone or on-line.

To keep our client’s safe, we are able to run errands on their behalf. This includes:

  • Groceries
  • Medications
  • Household needs (toothpaste, soap, toilet paper, etc.)
  • Books, magazines and newspapers

During the COVID-19 outbreak, Serenity Home Care has implemented protocols to protect our clients and our employees from infection. We continue to follow the latest advise from BC’s public health authorities.
